Ich musste die WG leider zu April verlassen, da mein Zimmer ab Juni für eine andere Person gebraucht wird. Da ich schon vorher ein neues WG-Zimmer gefunden habe, suche ich jetzt eine Person, die bis Ende Mai das Zimmer übernehmen kann.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 520€, für April wären es dann je nach Einzugsdatum natürlich weniger. Ggf. kann man auch noch länger im Mai bleiben, je nachdem wann die neue Person einzieht.

Im Zimmer befindet sich zum schlafen ein Hochbett, was auch schon bezogen ist. Sonst gibt es noch einen Schreibtisch und zwei Regale, sowie einen kleinen Schrank für weiteren Stauraum.

Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Neukölln, nähe Sonnenallee und Hermanplatz, aber gerade bei uns vor der Haustür ist es sehr ruhig, da viele Familien hier wohnen.

Du wirst mit Lisa zusammen wohnen, sie ist 31 Jahre alt und kommt aus England. Sie wohnt im großen Zimmer und ist durch ihre Arbeit oft unterwegs, aber freut sich trotzdem über nette Gespräche und ein entspanntes Zusammenleben.
