Die Ausrichtung deiner Fensters ist: süd-west ,dh. Sonne von mittags bis zum Sun-set.
Zimmer ist voll möbliert Sofa, Bett, Stuhl, Schreibtisch, Schrank usw. sind vorhanden)...Siehe Bilder(aktuell 08.09.23l) In google street few ist das Haus leider noch verpackt ist aber ein Schmuckstück!!
Unten im Haus befindet sich die Sparkasse.

Das Bad ist modern neu hell und sauber.
Die Wohnung hat eine komplett eingerichtete eine Küche die zum kochen einlädt:)
Koffer auf Computer an und los ....
Ideal für 1 Person in Berlin beschäftigt ist und einen vertrauten Ort der "Ruhe" sucht. (in Berlin ist es nie richtig ruhig 🙂)
Eine Besichtigung ist möglich .

The room is fully furnished. Sofa, bed, chair, desk,... See pictures (current) In google street few, the house is unfortunately still packed but is a gem !!
The savings bank is downstairs in the house.

Wir sind ,offen, freundlich, respectvoll ,Lebens froh ,Tolerant ,ruhig ,ich freu mich auf unkompliziertes Zusammen leben WG erfahren , Ich bin seit 19 Jahren hier in der Wohnung, ,The main language here(in the Moment ,is English but i am also speak German native...Ein Rückzugsort im stressigem Berlin ...Ich persönlich lege großen Wert auf Sauberkeit.
Du solltest dir das Zimmer leisten können ,ich weis es ist nicht billig aber der Preis ist absolut fair für dieses schöne Zimmer im Zentrum Neuköllns dazu kommt noch die GEZ Gebühr ungefähr 18 Euro .Das Zimmer ist voll Möblirt ,die Möbel bleiben stehen. Es wird nur an eine Person vermietet.
