Hey,
Everybody is welcome in our nice apartment in the best and hippest district of Berlin.
A very large and fully furnished room is available for 1 month, beginning on October 17th until november 15th. The apartment will be shared with Julia, a wonderful and easy going flatmate.
You have a south-facing balcony. The room is very bright with all the furniture in it you need
as well as a cozy kitchen to cook anda bathroom.
Come to see it and have a wonderful time in Berlin ;)
The connection is fantastic. It is very close to the wonderful park Hasenheide and Tempelhofer Field..as well only a few minutes to Hermannplatz and Maybachufer, definately the best and nices locations of the city, full of resturants, bars and shops.
WE speak english, french, polish, spanisch and of course german.

Da ich in Portugal Yogaretreats gebe, suche ich eine netten Untermieter/ in für die sympathische Neuköllner 2er Wg.
Wir sind 2 Mädls, 30 u 31 Jahre und arbeiten, gehen gern tanzen, kochen zusammen und trinken abends gern Wein auf dem Balkon, der auch herrlich zum gemütlichen Frühstück einlädt.
Das Zimmer bleibt möbiliert mit Bett, Couch, Regal und Kommode.
Die Anbindungen sind hervorragend:
2 min zur U8 Boddinstraße
5 min zur U8/ U7 Hermannplatz
Auch einkaufen ist praktisch: um die Ecke ist Lidl, Rewe und Denns Bio Shop
und natürlich überall Spätis !
Die Wg befindet sich mitten im angesagten Kreuzkölln und ist sehr beliebt wegen der tollen Ausgehmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.
Auch sind es nur 2 Minuten zur Hasenheide und 10 min zum Tempelhofer Feld, dem stillgelegt Flughafen. Er eignet sich gut zum joggen, grillen und Spaß haben.
