Das Zimmer ist wie schon erwähnt schön, genauso wie die Küche und das Bad mit großer Dusche und Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand, mit Allem komplett ausgestattet und vor allem ein angenehmer Ort, an dem jeder willkommen ist.
Möbel sind vorhanden und können nach Absprache und Bedarf genutzt werden.
Toplage relativ ruhig mit perfekter Infrastruktur, U7 Rathaus Neukölln in 100m, U8 Hermannplatz in 500m.
Bibliothek, Biocompany und alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.
Bars und Restaurants und Clubs überall in der Nähe.
Entspannt mit allem Komfort, z. B. Putzfrau usw.
Meine 18 jährige, sehr umgängliche Tochter wird die Hälfte der Zeit auch da sein. Sie ist das WG-Leben gewohnt und verursacht keine Einschränkungen oder besondere Verhaltensregeln.
Das Zimmer ist für alle, egal ob zurückgezogenes Arbeiten oder buntes Berlinleben bevorzugt wird, geeignet.
Ein klitzekleines Haustier, aber kein Hund, wäre auch ok und eine große Freude für meine Tochter.
Die Mietdauer ist absolut frei mit mir zu vereinbaren.
Das Zimmer steht bereits ab 15.01.24 zur Verfügung.
Ich freue mich auf ein harmonisches angenehmes Zusammenwohnen mit einer! weiteren Person.
