Hallo das Zimmer gehört zu einer großen 3er WG
im schönen Neukölln.
Es ist möbliert und ruhig gelegen in den Hinterhof.
Die Wohnung hat 95m2, eine Küche mit allem was in eine Küche gehört plus Waschmaschine/Geschirrspüller, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer 70er Couch und einem Esstisch, es gibt ein Badezimmer und natürlich die drei WG-Räume welche so weit auseinander sind das man auch noch Privatsphäre hat.

Hello the room is part of a big 3 room flat in the lovley Neukölln.
It is furnished and calm, with the view to the backyard.
The flat has 95m2, a kitchen with all we need plus washingmashine/dishwasher, a living room with a couch area plus dinning table, there is also a Bathroom and the 3 rooms, which are as far away from each other as possible so give some privacy.

Das Zimmer selber ist schön ruhig zum Hof.
Ansonsten sind die üblichen Verdächtigen aller Weserstraße und Kanal nicht weit.
Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähre sowie Banken, Ärtzte etc.
Beide Flughäfen sind ca. 45 min entfernt

Im Wohnzimmer geibt es eine Flyerwall an der ich lange gearbeitet habe, einen Schallplattenspieler und hunderten alter Schallplaten sowie einen Videobeamer zum gemütlichen Film schauen
Der nächste Späti ist direkt unten auf der Straße.
