Since I'm on my exchange semster right now, I would like to sublet my room in Neukölln from now on until the beginning of February. I'm coming back on the first, but the date for moving out can be extended for a few days. The room is fully furnished as you can see on the pictures (bed +bedding, desk, couch, wardrobe).
Da ich am 11.01. den Rest meines Auslandssemesters angetreten habe, vermiete ich mein Zimmer für etwa 3 Wochen unter. Ich komme am 1.02. wieder, die Mietdauer könnte jedoch um ein Paar Tage verlängert werden, wenn es notwendig ist. Das Zimmer ist etwa 11qm groß und voll ausgestattet mit Schreibtisch, Bett (Bettzeug könnte ich auch stellen), Sofa und Garderobe.
The flat is located in Neukölln, Allerstr. which is right next to the U Leinestr. It's a very lively area, and you can find anything you need just around the corner.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Allerstr. in Neukölln. Zur U Leinestr. braucht man maximal 2 Minuten und in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es wirklich alles was man braucht. Aldi, Lidl, Drogerie, Pizza, Döner etc., diverse Bars und Späti sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
My flatmates are Max (26) and Janne (25). Max studies energy and process engineering at the Technical University and Janne has just finished her psychology degree. They are very relaxed, but you can and should of course just come around and get to know them yourself!
In der WG leben sonst noch Max (26) und Janne (25). Max studiert an der TU Energie- und Prozesstechnik und Janne ist gerade mit ihrem Psychologiestudium fertig und deshalb auf Jobsuche. Hier ist alles ganz entspannt, aber komm doch einfach selbst vorbei um uns kennenzulernen.
If you're fine with the short renting period, you can just come around and have look at the flat. Just message me and I will arrange a meeting. As I wrote before, the stay (and price) is negotiable.
