Schönes helles Zimmer mit Dielenboden und zwei großen Fenstern. Die Fenster gehen zum Innenhof raus, also sehr ruhig.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Hochbett, Regale, Sitzkissen, kleiner Tisch.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig direkt am S-Bahn-Ring. Die Ringbahn (Hermannstrasse) und U8
(Leinestrasse) sind 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nähe befindet sich Tempelhofer Feld, wo man gut spazieren gehen, joggen etc. kann. Direkt an der Hermannstrasse ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit Kaisers und Netto und auf dem Weg zum Haus ein türkischer Gemüseladen.
Viele Cafés, Restaurants, Späties in der Umgebung.
Meistens geht es bei uns in der Wohnung ruhig zu, da wir viel aus dem Haus sind. Wir sind keine Party-WG und auch kein Familienersatz, aber wir quatschen gern mal in der Küche, oder kochen ab und zu gemeinsam (vegetarisch-vegan). Die ganze Wohnung is eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung.

It is furnished with a loft bed, shelves, seat cushion, a small table.
Great location close to different transport, Tempelhofer Feld, bars, restaurants, shops etc.
The apartment is very quiet as we spend a lot of time outside so it is perfect to study or relax. Sometimes we spend time together in the kitchen talking or cooking (vegetarian-vegan).
It is a non-smoker apartment.
