Da ich ab dem 14. Februar ein Auslandssemester beginne, suche ich eine Hüter*in für mein Zimmer, die Lust hat Zeit mit meiner tollen Mitbewohnerin zu verbringen.
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht, Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderschrank und Regal. Es liegt zur Straße raus, ist aber trotzdem schön ruhig, und vor allem morgens oft sonnig. Wir haben außerdem ein großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, auf dem den ganzen Tag über die Sonne scheint 🙂

I’m subletting my room in Neukölln for this spring as I will doing a semester abroad. The room has 14 square meters and in the morning the sun shines through the windows. The apartment was renovated right before we moved in and has a large living room and a beautiful, sunny balcony!
The location is perfect for going out and discovering Berlin, hanging out at the park (Hasenheide, Tempelhofer Feld and Körnerpark are just around the corner) – you can get anywhere by foot, metro or bicycle.
The rent is 370 Euros per month, everything included (also Wifi), and if you needed to stay for a couple of days longer or want to leave earlier we could certainly arrange something. It might also be possible, that my return will be after the first of August.
I would ask for a deposit of 200 euros that you will get back as soon as i return.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönen Neukölln, in einer ruhigen Querstraße zur zentralen Karl-Marx-Straße - zur nächstes U-bahn sind es 5 Minuten zu laufen.
Körnerpark, Tempelhofer Feld, Sommerbad und Hasenheide sind auch um die Ecke, es gibt also genug zu tun. Wer gerne was essen/trinken geht, wird hier auch glücklich, das Angebot von Kneipen und Restaurants ist riesig!
Du hättest die Chance mit meiner tollen Mitbewohnerin Janne, 25, zusammenzuwohnen.
Wir sind beide sehr offen und aktiv, genießen es, dass es hier so viel zu tun gibt und sind oft unterwegs. Da wir uns schon seit der Schulzeit kennen, verbringen wir aber auch viel Zeit zusammen, kochen oder veranstalten Sit-ins mit Wein/Bier, Feminismus-Debatten oder Serien auf der Couch, unserem heimlichen Lieblingsort in der Wohnung 😉
Daher suchen wir eine Person, die auch Lust auf gemeinsam verbrachte Zeit- und nicht auf ein Zweck-Zusammenwohnen- hat!
Pluspunkte gibts für Boulderaffinität, vegane Kochkünste und Interesse an Politik.
