Zimmer in 2-er WG auf der Weserstraße

Hi!

Ich suche eine Untermieterin für mein kleines, aber feines Zimmer auf der Weserstraße in Neukölln, da ich aus beruflichen Gründen für 1,5 Jahre nach Frankfurt a/M ziehe. Nur damit du dich nicht wunderst: die letzte Mieterin hatte uns abgesagt!!

Dein Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung wurde gerade frisch saniert, mit abgeschliffenem Boden und allem pipapo. Sogar die Raufaser ist weg, was ein völlig neues Lebensgefühl verspricht. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche/ Wohnzimmer, mit Balkon ins Grüne. Die ist strategisch so clever gelegen, dass die beiden Zimmer möglichst weit voneinander weg sind, man also seine Ruhe hat. Man kann sich also in der Küche treffen und rumhängen, aber genauso gut auch einfach die Tür zu machen. Bodil, mit der du dann zusammen wohnen wirst ist super umgänglich und unkompliziert, mag aber gerne auch mal ihre Ruhe haben, da sie sich momentan auf Jobs bewirbt (sie hat sustainable Fashion studiert).

Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine ist alles schon da- darum brauchst du dir also keine Sorgen mehr machen. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ist sonst auch ganz muckelig. Da die Küche so riesig ist,
sind die beiden Zimmer kleiner, aber wenn man die Möbel ganz gut stellt, passt alles ganz gut rein. (siehe Fotos). Ich lasse mein Palettenbett da (ohne Matratze), was für ein Bett am wenigsten Platz weg nimmt.

Unser WG- Leben ist entspannt: da wir beide sehr ordentlich sind musst du das leider auch sein. Sonst gärt es in einem und die Atmosphäre ist so unangenehm aufgeladen. Bodil ist Vegetarierin, also wärs super, wenn du das natürlich auch wärst, aber wenn nicht, ist das bestimmt auch völlig okai. Sonst sitzen wir manchmal in der Küche zusammen und quatschen oder hören Musik.

Das Zimmer kostet 550Euro mit ALLEM und am liebsten wäre es uns, wenn du vielleicht als Studentin für 1,5 Jahre nach Berlin kommst und für diese Zeit auch in dem Zimmer bleibst.

Hi!

I am renting out my small, but cosy room on Weserstraße, Neukölln for 1,5 years, as I am moving to Frankfurt because of work. Our apartment is quite spacious, with a big living room/ kitchen and a cozy balcony. There is a couch to enjoy your free time and also a bed (without the mattress though, because I need something to sleep on in Frankfurt as well, but I organized mine from ebay kleinanzeigen and that was no problem). The kitchen is well- equipped with everything you could possibly need, we also have a laundry machine and an oven, of course.
As the rooms are not massive, we do enjoy hanging out in the living room/ kitchen, have a chat or listen to music.
Bodil, with who you would live together, just finished her Masters in sustainable fashion and now is going to work in this field. She enjoys to eat vegetarian, likes to meet up with friends and be social. However, she also appreciates having her own space, as we all do. We would prefer, if you're like to stay here for longer, in fact if you would like to stay 1,5 years that would be perfect! You should want to live here at least a year, or seeing yourself doing so, at least! :)
The costs: it's 550Euro with everything (that also includes the GEZ, electricity and all that stuff). Weserstraße is a really nice and trendy area, with loads of cafes and bars. There are so many foodplaces surrounding us, that is makes us very lazy with cooking.
If that sounds all cool with you, send us a mail, telling us something about yourself, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. I will have moved out by the 1.11, so you could move in by then (maybe even a couple of days earlier). We will invite people over by the 22.11!
