Wir vermieten für kuze Zeit ein möbliertes Zimmer in unserer Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Hermannplatz und dem Maybachufer. Die Gegend ist sehr animiert und bietet viele Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen und Parks. Besonders der Spreekanal um die Ecke macht die besondere Lage der Wohnung aus. Die Gegend ist gut mit Supermärkten und Biomärkten ausgestattet. Am Maybachufer gibt es dienstags und freitags einen Wochenmarkt, sowie sonntags alle zwei Wochen einen Flohmarkt.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gleich um die Ecke.

Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

We rent out a furnished room for a short time. The apartment is located between Hermannplatz and the Maybachufer. The area is very animate and offers many cafes, restaurants, pubs and parks. Especially the river Spree-canal makes the location of the flat very special. The area is well equipped with supermarkets and organic markets. On Maybachufer there is a weekly market on Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as a flea market every two weeks on Sundays.
The area is well served by public transport, so you can quickly reach other parts of the city.

Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit mir. Ich arbeite aber den ganzen Tag und bin nur abends zu Hause. Ich helfe gerne weiter und bin auch gerne für ein Bier abends zu habne.
