Welcome to our pretty and bright apartment in "Kreuzkölln", one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Berlin. It's a new, spacious flat located on the top floor of a beautiful 100 years old building with top modern facilities. Two sunny balconies and a huge living room make you feel at home instantly. There is a large bed (1,80*2m) in the comfy bedroom and a spacious shared open livingroom with kitchen.
The apartment also features a large private parking spot in the backyard and an elevator (even though you could walk the more than 100 stairs to stay fit). All rooms have oak floors with heating underneath the wood.
The flat is completely furnished and has two bathrooms, a shower and a bath tub. Just start living! Heating, Electricity, ultra high speed internet, washing machine+dryer, dishwasher and a projector are all included.
The flat's location couldn't be better. Just a few walking minutes to the U8 metro station Schönleinstrasse which brings you to Alexanderplatz quickly. The neighbourhood is stuffed with bars, cafés, restaurants an small shops. Right next door is the famous "canal" that separates Kreuzberg from Neukoelln. Around the corner is a nice market twice a week. The famous Nowkoelln Flowmarket every second sunday is also just around the corner.
Two sunny balconies and a huge living room with floor heating (for cold Berlin winters) make you feel at home instantly.
There's a drum set and some other musical instruments available for playing in the living room.
