I am subletting my spacious room in a two person flatshare (2er-WG) for three to four weeks, as I am not in Berlin.
If the dates I have indicated do not match perfectly with the duration of your stay, don't worry: there is room for some flexibility.
**Rent would be 200 Euros per week, depending on duration of your stay. Discount for stays of four weeks or more.**
You will have access to my room as well as to the shared kitchen, shared bathroom and shared guest bathroom.
The apartment has everything one needs – dishes, cooking utensils , a dishwasher, a washing machine and of course WIFI. See pictures for getting an impression.

Ich vermiete mein geräumiges Zimmer in einer 2er-WG für drei bis vier Wochen unter, da ich nicht in Berlin bin.
Wenn die von mir angegebenen Daten nicht perfekt denen Deines Aufenthalts übereinstimmen, keine Problem: Es gibt Raum für etwas Flexibilität.
**Die Miete beträgt 150 Euro pro Woche, abhängig von der Dauer des Aufenthalts. Ermäßigung für Aufenthalte von vier Wochen oder mehr.**
Genutzt werden können: mein Zimmer, die gemeinsamen Küche, das gemeinsame Bad und die gemeinsame Gästetoilette.
Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht - Geschirr, Kochutensilien, eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und natürlich WIFI. Siehe Bilder, um einen Eindruck zu bekommen.
The flat is located
- in a quiet side street of Hermannstraße, where you can find everything from supermarkets to banks,
- between Berlin's biggest park (Tempelhofer Feld) and Berlin's most beautiful Park (Körnerpark),
- close to lovely eateries, bars and cinemas
The flat has an excellent public transport connection. Metro lines U8, U7 and S41/S42 (Ringbahn) and S45 (direct connection to BER / Schönefeld Airport) are all in short walking distance (stops: Leinestraße, Hermannstraße and Neukölln).

- zwischen Berlins größtem Park (Tempelhofer Feld) und Berlins schönstem Park (Körnerpark),
- in der Nähe von netten Lokalen, Bars und Kinos
Die Wohnung hat eine hervorragende Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die U-Bahn-Linien U8, U7 und S41/S42 (Ringbahn) und S45 (direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen BER / Schönefeld) sind alle in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß erreichbar (Haltestellen: Leinestraße, Hermannstraße und Neukölln).
The other person in the flat is my flatmate - a quiet and easygoing guy from the Netherlands, who during the day is mostly at work.
He speaks German, English and Dutch.
Sometimes his girlfriend is there, too. Hence: Usually the flat is pretty quiet and relaxed, so it's a perfect refuge for studying and winding down from Berlin life.

Die andere Person in der Wohnung ist mein Mitbewohner - ein ruhiger und gelassener Typ aus den Niederlanden, der tagsüber meistens auf Arbeit ist. Er spricht Deutsch, Englisch und Niederländisch.
Manchmal ist auch seine Freundin da. Daher: Normalerweise ist die Wohnung ziemlich ruhig und entspannt, also ein perfekter Rückzugsort, zum Beispiel zum Lernen oder einfach zum Abschalten vom Berliner Leben.
