Window to the west with sun in the afternoon and evening, opens to the street. Windows are new and keep out the noise and isolate well against temperature. Fake wooden floor, white walls 15 m2, a tiny bit of roof slope(?)
Späti im Erdgeschoss, günstige Essensmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke, zu den (Öffis U8 und Ringbahn) brauchst du ca. 3 minuten. 15 min Fußweg zum Tempelhoferfeld
Späti in the same building, cheap and good restaurants around the corner, public transport (U8 + Ringbahn) reachable in 3 mins, 15 mins to get to tempelhofer feld
Wir hängen gerne zusammen in der Küche (zwei Couches) rum hören gerne auch mal laut Musik, lachen, trinken gelgentlich ein Bier und gehen hin und wieder zusamen aus oder zum Sport. Was im Kühlschrank und in der Küche ist wird auf Anfrage gerne geteilt. Wir wollen dass sich hier sowhl die Bewohner als auch Besucher wohl fühlen. 2-3 mal im Jahr schmeißen wir auch gerne mal eine kleine Party. Wir sind prinzipiell sehr entspannt und kompromissbereit.
Was wir nicht wollen ist: Stress, Nazis, Sexisten, religiöse Fanatiker
We like to sit in the kitchen, talking, laughing playing games sometimes listening to (loud) music or having beers. From time to time we go out together or are doing sport. What's in the fridge or in the kitchen is often shared but asking first would be nice;). It's important to us that everybody who lives here or visits has a nice time. 2-3 times a year we like to throw a party.
What we don't like: Stress, nazis, sexism religous fanatics.
