Ich suche mal wieder nach einer/einem neuen Mitbewohner/in für meine schöne Wohnung in Neukölln. Du solltest berufstätig und älter als 35 Jahre alt sein.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 m² gross, hell (Fenster zur Strasse) und möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral zwischen U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln (U7) und U-Bahnhof Hermannplatz (U7/U8) gelegen. Es gibt ganz in der Nähe mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Neukölln Arcaden, Bio Company, Netto, etc) und viele Bars und Restaurants sind ums Eck. 10 Gehminuten zum Landwehr Kanal, 15 min zum Tempelhofer Feld.
Das Zimmer ist bezugsfertig ab 15. März oder 1. April. Alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Gas, Internet) sind in der Miete enthalten. Ich biete das Zimmer erstmal für 3 Monat an. Falls es passt würde ich den Untermietvertrag verlängern.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin selbständig und arbeite als Grafik/ Fashion Designer. Ich mache viel Sport und bin gerne und viel an der frischen Luft im Sommer. Ich koche gerne, mag Musik, bin gesellig aber eher der ruhigere Typ. Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ist mir wichtig.
Bei Interesse bitte schickt mir eine kurze Beschreibung über euch und was ihr so macht in Berlin. Besichtigung sind vom 7- 9. März möglich.

Hi guys!
I'm once again on the lookout for a new flatmate for my lovely apartment in Neukölln. You should be professionally employed and over 35 years old.
The room is approximately 22 square meters, bright (with a window facing the street), and furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe). The apartment is very centrally located between Rathaus Neukölln subway station (U7) and Hermannplatz subway station (U7/U8). There are several shopping options nearby (Neukölln Arcaden, Bio Company, Netto, etc.), and plenty of bars and restaurants just around the corner. It's a 10-minute walk to the Landwehr Canal and 15 minutes to Tempelhofer Feld.
The room will be available from March 15th or April 1st. All utilities (electricity, water, gas, internet) are included in the rent. I'm offering the room for an initial period of 3 months. If it's a good fit, I would be open to extending the sublease agreement.
A little about myself: I'm self-employed and work as a graphic/fashion designer. I enjoy sports and spending time outdoors in the summer. I like to cook, enjoy music, and I'm sociable but more on the quiet side. Cleanliness in the apartment is important to me.
