Room for rent on Karl-Marx Strasse from 1st of June.
Hi all! I am putting my room up for rent, as I am moving out of Germany. The room is part of a cozy 4-person WG with amazing roommates. We cook dinner together every now and then, and we make sure to keep the appartement clean and nice. The spoken language is English, as one roommate is German, one is Indian and one is French.
The room itself comes with a 1 person bed (+ mattress + linnens), a table, chair and a closet. It is a cozy and comfortable room. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated only last year and are in good shape. The kitchen has all the basic utilities and some stuff that each of us brought in, so you are welcome to use anything or bring any of your own kitchen gear ;) There is a laundry machine available in the kitchen for your use too.
If you are interested, send me a short message about yourself. Include anything, but make sure to let us know of any nice dishes you can make! Since I am leaving on quite short notice, it would be great if you could come and see the room this week. We are aiming to find someone before the end of the week.
