Mein Zimmer, das ich für fast drei Wochen in vertrauensvolle, pflanzenliebende Hände geben möchte, ist farbenfroh, hell und macht einfach gute Laune. Diese Vibes ziehen sich durch die Wohnung, weshalb unsere WG perfekt für einen Start in Berlin, eine Überbrückungsmiete oder einen Urlaub in NK ist.
Auf etwa 20qm kannst du dich wunderbar ausbreiten und dich auch noch über einen Balkon freuen.
I'll be out of Town and my room is free for almost 3 weeks - so I'm looking for a trustworthy plant-lover ;) The room is colourful, bright, spacious and has a balcony. It's the amazing spot for the summer in Berlin!
Unsere WG ist perfekt gelegen: am Rande des Rings, ziemlich genau zwischen den Stationen Hermannstr. und Neukölln.
Auch das Tempelhofer Feld ist zu Fuß in etwa zehn Minuten easy erreichbar.
District: Neukölln, Körnerkiez
Transportation: very close to Hermannstr. & Neukölln Station: U8, U7 S41/42/45/46/47

Falls du gut in unsere WG passt und nur bis zum 31.07. ein Zimmer brauchst, können wir uns gerne auf einen angepassten Preis einigen!
Die Miete plus Kaution sollten zuvor überwiesen werden.

The room is free from the 17th of July AFTERNOON till 5th of August LATE AFTERNOON.
But in case you just need a room untill the 31th of July and still really fit in our WG I'm sure we could find a price arrangement too!
