The room is quiet (not street side), has around 17 qm, a wooden floor and is furnished. It has a big bed, two nice armchairs, a desk, open hanging closet and nice plants around :). You have space to do yoga or home excessing (I have a mat and some dumbbells you can use).
The rent for the whole 3 weeks is 340 eur.
The flat has 3 rooms, a big kitchen, a modern bathroom and a balcony.
Location: 5min walk to Leinestraße train station, Tempelhofer Feld, Anita-Berber-Park and Hasenheide are just around the corner
About us: I am Eduardo, (30) and I am visiting my family for 3 weeks and therefore, my room is free. I work as an Environmental Engineer. Jamie is 29 years old, barista, photographer and musician. Charlotte is 33, lawyer, counselor in antidiscrimination and a feminist activist. Fina is Charlottes dog and part of the family.
The atmosphere in our home is mostly very harmonic and loving but we also talk openly to each other if we are bothered by something. We are no cleaning maniacs but we have weekly a cleaning plan and keep the house generally clean. An ecological awareness is important to us. We are Queer <3.
We cook with and for each other regularly and talk about whats on our minds. We would like you to be on the same page as well, :) even if it is just for 3 weeks.
