I will be away for 1 month over January and February and I will be sub-letting my beautiful room!
The room is really beautiful, spacious, it has a couch and a coffee table which is a nice little space to unwind. There is a desk included here as well if you are working from home and a very comfortable queen-sized bed!
And for those who are a little more adventurous, there is a little balcony as well.
I will be leaving all my plants and art behind, I have spent some time putting the room together and it would be great to find someone who will enjoy it as much as I have.
The location is really great, it's right by Hermanstr. U and S Bahn making it easy to move around the city.
There are a lot of great places to eat nearby, lots of little bars and you are walking distance to my favourite two parks in the city Körnerpark and Tempelhofer Feld.
This is an LGBTQIA+ friendly flat and we are both vaccinated with boosters.
My housemate is a really lovely and fun woman from Berlin. She works as a German teacher and can speak German, English and Spanish, so all those languages are welcome in the house. (But I only speak English)
We are both neat, like to eat good food and have some time out with friends, but also like to keep home life pretty chill.
Please note: although the price is set at 700€ per month, the price for the 7 weeks is only 1200€.
I also have a bike that you can use while you are staying here.
And it would be great if you could keep (most of) my plants alive.
