Ich suche eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für mein großes, helles, ruhiges Zimmer im Herzen Neuköllns. Ich bin voraussichtlich einen Monat lang weg, allerdings kann sich das (wenn es bei euch auch passt) auch verlängern. Hab viele Dinge in meinem Zimmer (inklusive Pflanzen), die mir wichtig sind, deshalb ist es mir wichtig, wenn ihr darauf Acht gebt:)
Das Zimmer liegt Richtung Südwesten und im 4.Stock . Es hat einen großen Balkon, auf den die Vormittagssonne scheint.
Mein Zimmer hat außerdem ein gemütliches Sofa, einen Schreibtisch, Kommode, Bett und Fernseher.
Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus gelegen und wunderschön saniert (Erstbezug) inklusive honigfarbenen Dielenboden.
Die Wohnung ist leider sehr teuer, deshalb kostet das Zimmer auch so viel. Es ist genau berechnet, ich lege auch gerne alle Kosten/Nebenkosten vor.
Das Einzugsdatum ist Anfang März und die Untermiete ist erstmal 1 Monat mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung (aber noch nicht sicher).

I'm subletting my big, bright and quiet room in the heart of Neukölln for one month with possibility of extension. It is fully furnished (including desk, bed, sofa, TV, drawer) and has some of my belongings in it, so I'd like to find someone who is treating my things well:)
It has a huge balcony with sun in the noon, South-west facing and on the 4th floor. The flat is located in the rear building and has been beautifully renovated (first occupancy) including honey-coloured floorboards.
Unfortunately, the flat is very expensive, which is why the room costs so much. It is calculated exactly, if wanted, I am also happy to provide all costs/incidental costs.
The move-in date is the beginning of March and the sublet would be 1 month months with the possibility of an extension.
