The room is available for subletting from the first of
April to August. Highly possibility for extension.

The room is roughly 14 square meters, sunny and cosy.
The LED lights will be left in the room for you with the remote.
Pets are not allowed anywhere in the appartment.
The kitchen is small with all appliances.
There is no living room but the house is cosy.
5 minute walk to the S-bahn ( Ring) and U7 Neukölln station.
All kinds of shops, restaurants, pharmacy, gyms, parks etc around.
The neighbours are very nice and will not hesitate to keep your package for you.
You will be living with a 25 yr old and a 22 yr old.
Our landlord speaks only German and is specifically asking for female renters.
The price of the room will be roughly 430 Euros including radio, internet, and rent.
6 months minimum (April-August is also ok) stay with the opportunity to extend if all is good.
I prefer that you are clean but not toooo strict. Things get messy sometimes, we're all busy, and I would like it to stay flexible, but not extreme in any direction. So it will be pretty normal to find dishes overnight or crumbs that might not be taken care of immediately.
We dont have a cleaning schedule but we have specific tasks that each does at their rythm but still important to do ( trash, vaccuming, bathroom)
We share dishes and utilities (home appliance, spices, ice cream) and I would prefer someone that likes sharing to keep the harmony in the wg :)
We like having friends over, but this is not a party wg, so you should be self aware after 23h in the week day.
