Das zu vergebende Zimmer hat ~22m², einen rechteckigen Grundriss, abgeschliffene Dielen und zwei große Doppelkastenfenster die zum hinteren, super ruhigen Innenhof gerichtet sind. XL Bett 220cm x 160cm. Home-office Setup mit höhenverstellbarem Schreibtisch, super ergonomischem Stuhl und Bildschirm. Anlage + Projektor + FireTV für gemütliche Film-Abende auch dabei.
Das Wohn/Yoga-Zimmer ist ~20m² und wird zum Yoga, Meditieren und anderen entspannten Aktivitäten genutzt. E-Piano kann gerne gespielt werden.
Zur Wohnung:
Halbaltbau. Hinterhaus, 4. Stock. 3,5 Zimmer. Großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Durchgangszimmer zwischen Bad und Sara's Zimmer dient dem Wäschetrocknen und der Lagerung. Kleiner Flur mit Garderobenecke. Küche verhältnismäßig klein, aber gemütlich. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine dabei. Kellerabteil wohl eher für Gegenstände geeignet, die auch mal eine Überschwemmung abkriegen könnten.
Preis:
Eigentlich 750€ pro Monat, aber da Ein- und Auszug zur Mitte des Monats geschehen müssten können wir gerne noch über den Preis sprechen.

Home office setup with height-adjustable desk, super ergonomic chair and screen. System + projector + FireTV for cozy film evenings are also included.
The living/yoga room is ~20m² and is used for yoga, meditation and other relaxing activities. E-piano is waiting to be played on.
The flat:
Semi-old building. Rear building, 4th floor. 3.5 rooms. Large bathroom with bath. Connecting room between the bathroom and Sara's room is used for drying laundry and storage. Small hallway with cloakroom corner. Kitchen relatively small, but cosy. Washing machine and dishwasher included. Cellar compartment probably more suitable for items that could sometimes get flooded.
Price:
Actually 750€ per month, but since moving in and out would have to happen in the middle of the month, we can still talk about the price.

Trotz ruhiger Lage bist du dank bester Anbindung schnell wieder Mittendrin - dafür sorgen U8, U7 und die Ringbahn. Auch mit dem Fahrrad kannst in 10 Minuten die Hermannstraße runter nach Kreuzberg rollen.
In nächster Nähe finden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, vom Biomarkt zum türkischen Supermarkt über den Discounter zum Wochenmarkt bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Und last but not least sind es nur 10min Fußweg zum schönen Tempelhofer Feld.

Despite the quiet location, you are quickly back in the juicy bits of city - U8, U7 and the Ringbahn are walking distance. You can also cycle down Hermannstraße to Kreuzberg in 10 minutes.
In the immediate vicinity there are various shops, from the organic market to the Turkish supermarket to the discounter to the weekly market, nothing is left to be desired. And last but not least, it is only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful Tempelhofer Feld.

Ich werde eine 3-Monatige Reise antreten und möchte für diese Zeit kein Loch im Herzen unserer gemütlichen zweier-WG lassen. Deswegen suche ich für mein Zimmer, meine Pflanzen und natürlich für meine Mitbewohnerin Sara eine liebevolle und zuverlässige Person, welche sich für die kurze Zeit wohlig daheim fühlen möchte.
Wie wir leben:
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Wir essen gerne zusammen, schauen gelegentlich gemeinsam einen Film, oder unternehmen etwas. Manchmal organisiert, meistens spontan. Wir schaffen es aber auch mal uns ein Wochenende komplett nicht über den Weg zu laufen.
Wir mögen es relativ ordentlich und recht sauber in der Küche und im Bad. Aber wenn der Kater mal nicht sofortiges Reinigen des Nudeltopfes zulässt, dann sind wir auch emphatisch.
Wer wir sind:
• Sara. 34. Arbeitet im Einzelhandel und sucht noch nach einer guten Gelegenheit um ihren Biologie Master abzuschließen. Klein aber o-ho und oh-lala. Hat die wunderbarsten Locken. Hält es in jeder Kneipe länger als das Personal aus und liebt Festivals.
• Jabbo. 32. Macht irgendwas mit Design. Wird während der Mietzeit im Urlaub sein.
Wen wir suchen:
WG-kompatibel, reinlich, verlässlich, immer in der Lage die Miete rechtzeitig zu zahlen. Idealerweise hast du ein Händchen für Pflanzen. Parties gerne, aber irgendwo anders, wo wir nicht sauber machen müssen und unsere Nachbar:innen nicht genervt werden.
Ob Männlein, Weiblein, oder dazwischen ist uns egal. Hauptsache du bist freundlich, rücksichtsvoll und zuverlässig.

I will start a 3-month journey and I don't want to leave a hole in the heart of our cozy two-person flat share during this time. That's why I'm looking for a loving and reliable person for my room, my plants and of course for my roommate Sara, who would like to feel comfortable at home for a short time.
How we live:
We are not a purpose flat share. We like to eat together, occasionally watch a film together, or do something together. Sometimes organized, mostly spontaneous. But we also manage not to cross paths completely for a weekend.
We like things relatively neat and fairly clean in the kitchen and bathroom. But if the hangover doesn't allow the pasta pot to be cleaned immediately, then we are also empathetic.
Who we are:
• Sarah. 34. Works in retail and is still looking for a good opportunity to complete her Masters in Biology. Small but o-ho and oh-la-la. Has the most wonderful curls. Outlasts the staff in any pub and loves festivals.
• Jabbo. 32. Does something with design. Will be on vacation during rental period.
Who we are looking for:
Flat share compatible, clean, reliable, always able to pay the rent on time. Ideally, you are good with plants. Parties sure! But somewhere else where we don't have to clean and the neighbours don't get annoyed.
Your gender doesn't matter to us. The main thing is you're kind, considerate and reliable.
