Hey guys,
We are subletting from the 2nd of June, for 2 months a large room (21sq m) in a friendly and respectful space in our Neukölln flat, 3 minutes from the Hermannstrasse U/S Bahn station.
The price of the room is 550€/month and there would be a 1000€ deposit to be paid. And Unfortunately can’t offer the Anmeldung.
We like to share common values, such as tolerance, and inclusiveness, and ofc to be able to have a laugh together.
You would be living with 3 people in their 30’, and we are searching for someone who is also in their 30’.
We are all working full-time jobs and are searching for someone that would also be fully employed. Although we enjoy spending time at home and do things together every now and again, we see the flat as “haven of peace” where we like to rest and chill, since we all work a lot, we avoid having parties at home.
We wont take more of you precious time here and would rather like to meet you in person.
At home, we speak mainly german and english. Also actually we dont speak german, but rather english, Italian or spanish haha.
