Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock (keine Sorge, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, der meistens funktioniert) und ist daher sehr hell und wurde vor drei Jahren renoviert. Das Zimmer liegt zum Innenhof, wodurch es ziemlich ruhig ist.
Derzeit wird das Zimmer als Wohnzimmer benutzt, es wird aber bis zum Einzug unmöbliert sein :)
Der S- und U-Bahnhof Hermannstraße ist innerhalb von 5min erreichbar, genauso wie ein kleines Center mit einem dm, Rewe und Netto. Außerdem ist in der selben Straße ein kleiner Bioladen. Der Körnerpark ist in weniger als 10min zu erreichen, zum Tempelhofer Feld läuft man auch höchstens 15 Minuten.
Nun kurz etwas zu mir:
Ich bin Leni, 25 und wohne seit 3 Jahren in dieser Wohnung. Ich lebe vegan und es wäre ein dicker Pluspunkt wenn du das auch tust. Derzeit studiere ich noch und sitze gerade an meiner Bachelorarbeit.
Ich liebe Brett- und Kartenspiele, Puzzles (😂) und politische Diskussionen.
Ah und du solltest 420-friendly sein 🌱
