In meiner 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen von Neukölln, wird ein WG Zimmer frei, das zweite wird auch ab dem 01.04. von einer ganz lieben Mitbewohnerin bezogen. Ab dem 01.04. für 1 Jahr mit Option auf Verlängerung kannst du in meinem wundervollen Reich wohnen :)
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß und möbiliert mit einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Sofa.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einer Nebenstraße und mitten in Neukölln. Du hast Zugang zu einem Innenhof, der gerne genutzt werden kann, um dort Zeit zu verbringen.
Die Wohnung ist umgeben von einigen Cafés, Restaurants und Parks.
3 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt, befindet sich der U-Bahnhof Neukölln, 8 min entfernt befindet sich die Ubahnstation Hermannstr. und dort in der Nähe das Tempelhofer Feld.
Somit ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen.
Im zweiten Zimmer wird auch ab dem 01. eine ganz liebe Mitbewohnerin wohnen.
Ich connecte euch vorher sehr gerne miteinander, damit ihr schauen könnt, ob es für euch passt :)
