Hey there :)
One of our flatmates is moving out so we (Ronaldo and Elise) have a room available from the 15th of March. The room is around 15 m2 and without furniture. The rent is 500 €, including all bills. Deposit is 1000 €. Unfortunately we cannot do Anmeldung.
The flat is 3 room plus a bathroom. In total we have 60 m3 and the kitchen is kind of part of the hall. So it's quite tiny but we always got along quite well with this. We're located a few minutes walk from Neukölln S and Hermannstraße. There are many shops, bars and restaurants, so it's quite buzzy and all the necessary dailies are available in walking distance.
We are open-minded and outgoing people. We've been best friends for quite a while now so the vibe in our house is very friendly and respectful. We like bar-hopping, cooking, watching movies, going dancing and talking for hours straight. However, we are both working full-time during the week and therefore private time is very important too. You don't necessarily need to hang out with us but we at least want to exchange some friendly smalltalk when we run into each other.
