Hallo alle beisammen,
ich bin In, 29 Jahre alt, darstellende Künstlerin und wohne in Berlin, Neukölln. Bei mir wird in meiner WG in Rixdorf ein Zimmer frei (befristet).
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Sie ist hauptsächlich mit alten Vintage Möbeln von mir, und Freund:innen ausgestattet.
Das inserierte WG-Zimmer ist 16m² und sehr urig. Es handelt sich im Detail um ein möbliertes Altbau-Stuck-Zimmer. Die große alte Fensterfront macht es in dem Zimmer trotz EG-Lage hell und gemütlich. Außerdem gibt es komplett abdunkelnde Rollläden, die auch Geräusche von der Straße abdämpfen.
Es wird wegen gesundheitlicher Belastung eher eine ruhige Person gesucht.

Hello everyone,
I am In, 29 years old, performing artist and live in Berlin, Neukölln. From the 1st of January a room will become available in my shared flat in Rixdorf (temporary).
The apartment is first floor. It is mainly furnished with old vintage furniture from me, and Freund:innen and may be co-designed with pleasure, so that you feel equally at home.
The advertised WG room is 16m² and very quaint. It is in detail an old stucco room that will be either partially furnished with sofa bed table and armchair equipped or unfurnished. The large old window front makes it very bright and cozy in the room despite ground floor location. In addition, there are completely darkening shutters, which also muffle noises from the street.
U7 Rathaus Neukölln und U7 Karl-Marx-Straße sind innerhalb von 3min fußläufig beinahe gleichweit entfernt. Das Haus liegt innerhalb der Grenze zum denkmalgeschützen Richardkiez/Rixdorf und ist 5min vom Kanal entfernt. Alles, was für das tägliche Leben benötigt wird ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Es gibt etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kulinarisch diverse Angebote von Altberliner Rixdorfer, arabischen, türkischen, italienischen, bulgarischen Restaurants - und Läden überall. Für ein Bierchen gibt es Kneipen en Masse ca. 2-3 min entfernt (z.bsp Weserstr).
Wir haben die letzten Jahre eine entspannte, aufgeschlossene Beziehung mit unserer Nachbarschaft gepflegt und sind dahingehend mit sehr lieben, friedlichen Menschen um uns herum gesegnet. Es gibt sowohl junge Leute, als auch Familien und ältere Menschen, die in unserem Haus leben und alle sehr harmonisch miteinander umgehen. :)

U7 Rathaus Neukölln and U7 Karl-Marx-Straße are within 3min walking distance almost the same distance. The house is located within the border of the listed Richardkiez/Rixdorf and is 5min from the canal. Everything needed for daily life is within walking distance. There are quite a few shopping opportunities, culinary diverse offers of Altberliner Rixdorfer, Arab, Turkish, Italian, Bulgarian restaurants - and stores everywhere. For a beer there are pubs en mass about 2-3 min away (eg Weserstr).
We have maintained a relaxed, open-minded relationship with our neighborhood for the last few years and are blessed with very kind, peaceful people around us. There are young people as well as families and older people living in our house and all are very harmonious with each other. :)

Hallo ich bin In, darstellende Künstlerin und ich lebe seit ca 7 Jahren in Berlin. Da mein lieber Mitbewohner reisen geht suche ich nach 1-2 Zwischenmieter:innen. Unsere Wg ist sehr gemütlich und entspannt. Gerne kannst du alles nutzen was da ist und dich zuhause fühlen. ich
gehe gern ins Kino Theater, ab und an tanzen und Sport machen.Ich suche tatsächlich eher eine ruhige Person, die im Bestfall schon Berlin gewohnt ist und die damit fine ist, wenn es deshalb zuhause etwas weniger Gewusel gibt und eher eine gemütliche Nestatmosphäre als Partyhochburg. Ich bin in dem Zeitraum tagsüber bei einer ziemlichen intensiven Weiterbildung und falle abends ziemlich feddich ins Bett. Deshalb wäre ich vermutlich gar nicht super präsent vom Sozialleben her. :) Mehr dazu könnten wir per DM absprechen.

hej my name is In, i am a performing artist and i live in berlin since 7 years. As my dear roomie is travelling id like to host 1-2 chill people. Our WG is really cozy and feel heartly welcome to use everything and feel at home. I like to go to the cinema, theatre or dancing and really enjoy sports. i am indeed looking for a rather calm person, who in best case knows berlin and is fine with a rather calm nest atmosphere at home than a party house. i’ll be busy with a training and therefore i wont be around too much for socialising. more about that and best via DM :) Let me know if that feels right for you and tell me a little about yourself. :) best, inger
