Furnished room to rent in a beautiful shared flat with two other girls from 07.12.2023 - 10.01.2024.
As I'll be on vacation my room will be vacant from 07.12.2023 - 10.01.2024 - perfect if you‘re just arriving in Berlin looking for a permanent place or here for a workation/vacation! Our living room has a big desk with two big screens and laptop stands - so perfect to work from home.
The flat has everything you need (wifi, equipped kitchen, bathroom, shared living room etc.) and is located well between Treptower Park and Rathaus Neukölln. The room is furnished with desk, bed, shelfs etc. (I will make space for your things) and you’ll have fresh bed sheets and towels. The room is towards the backyard of the house, which means that it is very calm.
We‘re preferrably looking for a female (21-40 y/o) who speaks good English as your roommates are internationals. However if it fits well we're also happy to welcome a male or nonconforming. Bonus points if you love and can take care of plants!
Price: 550€ (+ deposit)
The dates can be slightly flexible within 7th of Dec to 10th of January, just let me know from when to when you would like to stay - the price would change accordingly. :-)

Great location in quiet neighborhood between Treptower Park and Rathaus Neukölln.
You'll be very close to:
- Public transport (2-3mins)
- Supermarkets (3 different ones in about 5mins walking distance)
- Bakery, Spätis, Post-offices (2mins)
- Sonnenallee (10-15mins walking, 2 stations by bus)
- Karl-Marx-Str. (15mins walking, 4 stations by bus)
- Weserstraße with many bars (10-15mins walking)
- Görlitzer Park (15-20mins walking)
We're a very calm and relaxed WG where we love to have a quick chat when we meet or spontaneously have a glass of coffee/wine together but generally speaking we usually go about our days ourselves.
It is important for us to keep this a calm and clean space where we feel comfortable, but of course having friends over etc. is no issue!
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, milk foamer, bialetti coffee maker etc.
- Bathroom with two sinks, huge walk-in shower and washing mashine also available.
- Light-filled living room with couch and small dining table, as well as a big desk with two screens and laptop-stands making the perfect spot to work. It is shared by everybody.
