The room has a big bright window on the backyard so it is very private and quiet. It is fully furnished with a 160x200cm Bed, a rack hanger and a small working station.
Located in Neukölln, the apartment is close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers.
We will be sharing the living room with an open kitchen, and the bathroom.
I am 33 years old, sometimes working from home.
I am hoping to make a relaxed and cozy flatshare. Of course i am looking for a responsible, tidy and clean, well cultured person to live and get along with. I really don't want to make this a party apartment, but more of a calm relaxed place where we both feel at home.
I would like to get to know the person I live with and share a nice dinner or a drink once in a while, but also respect each other's privacy and social lives.
Oh and I am sometimes sharing a little dog who will be in the flat few days a month.
I will be traveling from February 8 until 24, so you will have the flat to yourself during this time.
