Ich vermiete das größere der beiden Zimmer vom 01.04.2023 bis zum 30.06.2023 (3 Monate). Bevorzugt suche ich eine Person, die genau für diesen Zeitraum etwas braucht.
Das Zimmer ist mit kleinem Tisch und Stuhl, Sofa(s), Matratze, Regal, vielen Pflanzen (und Beamer :)) voll möbliert, es gibt aber ein paar Besonderheiten. Da ich mein Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer für den Zeitraum nun wieder in ein WG-Zimmer umfunktionieren werde, kann ich momentan anstelle eines richtigen Betts nur eine große Matratze anbieten (1,40m). Vielleicht ist es für dich kein Problem für diese Zeit auf dem Boden zu schlafen. Ansonsten gäbe es auch die Möglichkeit über ebayKleinanzeigen ein Bett/Lattenrost in der Nähe zu organisieren. Zudem werde ich einige meiner Dinge in dem Zimmer lagern. Wenn du also nicht zu viele Umzugsgegenstände hast, dann wäre das praktisch.
Das Zimmer an sich ist durch hohe Decken mit Stuck und zwei großen Fenstern hell und freundlich. Ich persönlich finde es super gemütlich, dort entspannte Abende auf der Couch zu verbringen. Die Möglichkeit für Home Office gibt es natürlich auch.

I rent the larger of the two rooms from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023 (3 months). Preferably I am looking for a person who needs something exactly for this period.
The room is fully furnished with a small table and chair, sofa(s), mattress, shelf, many plants (anda beamer :)). There are a few special things to know. Since I will now convert my living and working room back into a shared room for this period, I can currently only offer a large mattress instead of a real bed (1.40m). Maybe it's no problem for you to sleep on the floor for this time. Otherwise, there would also be the possibility to organize a bed/slatted frame nearby via ebayKleinanzeigen. In addition, I will store some of my things in the room. So if you don't have too many moving items, that would be handy.
The room itself is bright and friendly due to high ceilings with stucco and two large windows. I personally find it super cozy to spend relaxing evenings on the couch there. Of course, there is also the possibility for home office.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am unteren Ende des Schillerkiezes, nur einige Gehminuten vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Dort kannst schöne Spaziergänge machen und bald wieder den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Zur U- und S-Bahnstation Hermannstraße sind es nur ca. 5-7 Gehminuten. Von dort fährt unter anderem die Ringbahn sowie die U8. Sämtliche Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar (Rewe, Netto, DM, BioCompany, Robin Hood Store, Lidl, Bereket Market etc.).

The apartment is located at the lower end of the Schillerkiez, just a few minutes walk from Tempelhofer Feld. There you can do beautiful walks and soon enjoy sunset again. It is only a 5-7 minute walk to the subway and S-Bahn station Hermannstraße. From there you can take the Ringbahn and the U8. All supermarkets are within walking distance (Rewe, Netto, DM, BioCompany, Robin Hood Store, Lidl, Bereket Market etc.).
Ich wohne seit ca. 5 Jahren in der Wohnung, teilweise alleine, teilweise als WG. Nun freue mich mich wieder auf etwas mehr Zusammenleben, vielleicht in Form von gemeinsamen Abendessen, Wochenend-Frühstücken, Sofa-Ratsch-Stunden oder gerne auch Sport (Joggen, Yoga, Fitness&Sauna). Daneben genieße ich es auch häufig, Zeit für mich selbst zu haben. Untertags bin ich oft in der Wohnung, um dort zu arbeiten. Abends und an den Wochenenden bin ich stattdessen viel unterwegs.
Ich lege großen Wert darauf, die Wohnung gut instand zu halten und sie zu pflegen. Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir recht wichtig. Wäre super, wenn das bei dir auch der Fall ist (zumindest in den Gemeinschaftsbereichen ;)).

I live in the apartment for about 5 years, partly alone, partly as a WG. Now I'm looking forward to a little more living together again, perhaps in the form of joint dinners, weekend breakfasts, sofa gossip hours or sports (jogging, yoga, fitness&sauna). Besides that, I also often enjoy having time for myself. During the day I am often at home working. In the evenings and on weekends, I'm out and about a lot instead.
I attach great importance to keeping the apartment well maintained and taking care of it. Order and cleanliness are quite important to me. Would be great if that's the case for you too (at least in the common areas ;)).
