It's a simple, cute and rather bright rooftop room with a window facing the terrace, gets some evening sun. You look at the sky and the roof which gives off kind of Parisian vibes. It has a part of the room with a crooked ceiling because of the roof, which makes it cozy.
The apartment has a little terrace and I'm working on some gardening out there. In general the apartment has quite some plants. The kitchen gets nice morning till noon sun and it's very chill to sit and overlook the roofs while having coffee/ tea. There's a separate WC and bathroom and quite a spacious hallway.
North of Neukölln close the the Maybachufer, as some call it "Kreuzkölln".
(I don't know why wg gesucht shows it in Friedrichshain, that's just wrong)
I live in the neighbouring room, they've got separate entrances from the hallway but as the doors are rather thin and the terrace windows face each other we should be getting along well and respecting each others privacy :)
I am working out of the house and usually pretty busy and like being on the move, but I also appreciate coming home and sharing a drink or some food and hanging out if the time and vibe fits. I do like to invite friends over from time to time, but more like a brunch/ dinner situation and almost never a drinks and chill at night time. I just prefer doing that outdoors.
I love to move, music, to cook, read, go on walks, see friends, and also need quiet time sometimes. Would be happy to share my space with somebody else for a while and get some more life into the apartment :)
The only downside is, I don't have a bed for you, you would have to organise a mattress at least. But that shouldn't be too hard with eBay. Any other basic furniture we will be able to figure out.
