Anmeldung NICHT möglich. Da ich für vier Monate ein Auslandsemester mache, wird bei uns ein WG Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist 25 Quadratmeter groß, sehr hell und hat zusätzlich noch einen Balkon. Durch die hohen Decken und den Stuck, hat das Zimmer einen tollen Altbaucharme. Derzeit steht ein Sofa und ein Schreibtisch im Zimmer, da es als Wohn- und Arbeitszimmer genutzt wird. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du die Möbel gerne in dem Zimmer stehen lassen und benutzen. Die gesamte Warmmiete von 750€ ist inkl. Strom, gez und Internet.
Die Wohnung liegt in Schöneweide und ist besonders gut geeignet für HTW Studierende. Die S-Bahn Station Schöneweide ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und von dort aus kannst du in alle Richtungen fahren (S45, S46, S47, S8, S85, S9). Zum Alex brauchst du ca. 20 Minuten.
Flo macht momentan seinen Master an der HTW und ist derzeit im Teil-Homeoffice. Daher wäre es gut, wenn du deine wildesten Partyjahre hinter dir hast :) Die Wohnung bietet genügend Rückzugsraum, so dass es relativ entspannt zugeht.
