Hey!
Welcome to our cozy 4-person WG in Berlin-Schöneweide! Unfortunately, I have to leave my room behind to start my Masters outside of Berlin - but hopefully that means that you can find your new home there!
This is the biggest room in the WG and it comes fully furnished (wardrobe, desk, chair and bed - it has a mattress now but I am not yet sure if I would leave it in or bring it with me) and has a nice big window in it where the sun creeps through in the morning to wake you up 😅
The rent is 510 with everything included, you get a contract from our landlord and can of course register once you move in.
We have a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen, as well as electrical stoves and everything you need to cook - which is usually being used by everybody. We also have a small but cute balcony, connected to the kitchen and also used by everybody.
The room is situated in Berlin-Schöneweide, which kind of looks far on the map, but is actually so well connected, so that you get to Kreuzberg/Friedrichshain in about 20 minutes, and to the center it takes about 30 minutes. There is a bus stop right in front of our house door that takes you to the S-Bahn in 3 minutes. But of course, you can also walk there or even better use a bike if you have one!
We have a DM, Rewe and a Netto also right in front of our door - so basically all you actually need 😄
You will be living with Marie (Danish), Donny (Korean) and Adrien (French). The main language in the WG is English, even though all flatmates are working on their Deutsch at the moment!
All are very nice people with the only interest to have fun in the WG, communicate freely with each other and have the occasional drink or cooking session together.
But come meet us and see for yourself! We are looking forward to your application where you tell us a bit about yourself and what you are doing in Berlin!
We are looking for somebody from the 1st of October! Please only contact us if you are willing to take over the room this week already. The room will be free this Sunday, and you can already move in :)
