bin 'n lockerer, meisst unkomplizierter aber poetischer Zwilling,

plaudern ist genauso möglich; wie Ruhe finden oder gemeinsam mal fernsehen,
oder Billard spielen gehen.

im Rücken des Weissensee's- also viel Grün ringsherum.
alles sehr ruhig,und mit einem tollen Innenhof zum rauchen oder abhängen.
Auf der anderen Straßenseite
trotzdem direkte Anbindung zur City-Tram und diversen BUSlinien 156,158, X54 u.a
meld Dich einfach
gern vieles gemeinsam,
ich rauche nicht, spiele gern nen Doppelkopf oder Skat,
bin oft abends zu Vereinen unterwegs,
und wenn mal nicht, dann koche ich gerne etwas,
deutsche oder Italienische Küche,
du Auch? um so besser.
auch gemeinsam Tv-Gucken bzw. relaxen sollte mal möglich sein.
oder einfach Quatschen in der Küche.

Zimmer ist gerade wieder frei, schau doch einfach rein
