**SHORT-TERM STAY**
For one person it costs 40€/ night, for two persons 50€/ night. If you stay for one week it's cheaper!
The kitchen and the room have intelligent lights. In the room you’ll find additionally an intelligent heating regulator. Everything can be managed with the Google Home station. For your entertainment and chilled movie nights, you can use the projector (Netflix, YouTube, Tidal). Music can be listened over Google Home via Tidal or Deezer. For relaxing days you have a comfortable bed, those who getting cold fast, can turn on the electric heating blanket.
The kitchen contains everything you need to cook properly. Salt, sugar and oil can be used for free. The surround sound system is perfect for relaxed cooking nights. The washing machine can be used as well.

With the bike, its only a few minutes. From S+U Pankow you get to Alexanderplatz in 20 min. and 5 min. to Eberswalder Straße – in the heart of Prenlauer Berg.
