The two new rooms have completely new forniture. The windows are also new granting good isolation from noise, heat and cold. In front of the windows you have a cute little garden.
Included there is a bed with drawers under it, a desk and a place for clothes (1 room has shelves the other a wardrobe). The rooms are not big but are enough to sleep well and live in Berlin. If you plan to spend a lot of time in your room you will have to adapt a bit but it you are an outgoing person is just perfect.
If you need mattresses we have two in the basements. In general you can add what you want to the room.
Plänterwald is a beautiful neighbors, we live close to the S-Bahn so in 20 minutes you can he in Alexanderplatz or in 30 in pberg. we also live close to the forest and the river spree where you can immerse yourself in the nature. 5 minutes away there is a Netto where you can buy whatever you need. In front of the house also a bus leaves that take you directly to either Kreuzberg or Neukölln.
We are going to be 6 and so there are some rules to follow, but in general we are open to hear any request and need. Even if the contract is minium 6 month we are looking for somebody that would stay longer like 1 year to create a connection with. We are a very sociable WG and we like to do activities together, we go out, watch movies and party together sometimes. We are looking for an open, adaptable and curious person that likes people and social life.
We have downstairs a chilled-out living room with comfortable couches, a TV and a PS4. We use it for parties or for chilling. If you have some friends visiting they can sleep there!
Upstairs, where the rooms are, there is also a big kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, big fridge and microwave. Two bathrooms are available. We have a rotating weekly cleaning schedule.
Something about us: we are Federico, Cecilia, Samuel and Aerin and we are respectively an Italian engineer, a swedish literature Student, a Belgian Marketer and an American Therapist. We keep the WG quiet during the week while it gets more alive in the weekend when sometimes we invite people over and we play music.
Each room is 500€ all included. You are going to make the contract directly with the home owner. Anmeldung is of course possibile. The contract is minium 6 month and after that you can leave with a notice period of 3 months or earlier if you find somebody for your room.
