Hello dear people!
I am offering a small room in a wonderful, perfectly located flat in the centre of Prenzlauer Berg.
I'm not including photos for privacy reasons, but we can schedule a call or a visit :)
Ideally, I would love to offer the place to an international person staying in Berlin temporarily (you can be German as well, no discrimination, haha).
The Flat: Two bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. Artistically decorated, it's an Altbau flat with soul. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, espresso maker and a relatively well-equipped kitchen.
Your room: It's a medium-sized room with a single bed. Very simple and practical.
The location: Absolutely perfect. Five minutes from the Ringbahn, the flat is perfectly located to reach anywhere in the city. The different neighbourhoods (Kiez) located on either side of Schönhauser Allee are full of cute shops, bars and cafes. Mauerpark is a short walk away!
Life together: A friendly, relaxed environment is very important for me! I love cooking, having a glass of wine and listening to music. I am a writer who mostly works from home and likes to keep the flat relatively clean and organised.
