Das Zimmer im vierten Stock hat 18 m2, ist sehr hell, frisch gemalert und möbliert und nur für Nichtraucher zu haben. Es gibt WLan, eine schöne Wohnküche mit allem ausgestattet und ein kleines Bad.
Fotos möchte ich hier nicht einstellen, sondern nach Kontaktaufnahme eher über Whatsapp oder Mail schicken oder gleich eine Besichtigung vereinbaren.
Zur Straßenbahn sind es drei Minuten, zur U-Bahn oder S-Bahn ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein guter Supermarkt, schöne Restaurants und Cafés sind in der Nähe und wenn man was vergessen hat, kann man den Tante Emma Laden drei Häuser weiter als Rettung einschalten.
Das zweite Zimmer gehört mir. Ich bin 58 Jahre alt, lebe eigentlich momentan in Potsdam und komme in der Woche ein bis zwei Mal in die Wohnung. Der Balkon kann, wenn ich nicht da bin, mitbenutzt werden.
Im Prinzip kann man sagen, dass du die Wohnung meist für dich allein hast.
