2 big rooms, big kitchen great for cooking and dining at the table and bathroom with bathtub.
I got two rooms to rent out,
One with balcony and one without.
The one without is a little less expensive.
Both are about 30 square meters big.
I provide blankets, pillows, towels abd feel free to use everything you can find in the kitchen (like plates, glasses, coffee maschine) just feel home and behave like that. I love sharing, thats why
I am searching for people who will be respectful with all my stuff. 💛

The appartment is very central surrounded by beautiful berlin oldtown houses and a great view all over the city.
There are many cafes, restaurants and bars to beautifully sit outside for habing nice evenings and good chats.
There also are many supermarkets around!
As im not gonna be there it will kinda be a random flatshare so you guys gotta figure out how to handle it. You can have cooking nights or just close the door and have your me time as mich as you want!

I would prefer to find somebody being able to pay the rent for the time he or she wants to stay befor moving in but we can always figure out whats the best way. Im sure we‘ll find one and i am open for compromises! 🙏🏼
