I am renting the bigger room with balcony. I will be in this apartment only about 7days per month (sometimes with my son). You would need to bring your own bed and table after 13th of May , the rest is there. Quiet and green neighbourhood, yet close to the center. Looking for a friendly, reliable and clean flatmate. I'm friendly, respectful and am used to live with other people.

Ich werde ca 7 Tage pro Monat in der Wohnung im zweiten Zimmer sein (manchmal mit meinem Sohn (9), den Rest der Zeit hast du die Wohnung für dich alleine. Ich vermiete das größere Zimmer. Wenn du es brauchst, kannst du in unserer Abwesenheit auch das kleine Zimmer nutzen.
Das große Zimmer hat vormittags Sonne, einen Balkon und ist teilmöbliert. Du bräuchtest ein eigenes Bett und einen Tisch ab dem 13.Mai. Es gibt aber auch einen Küchentisch zum arbeiten.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral (Nähe Alexanderplatz) und gleichzeitig in einem sehr ruhigen und sauberen, schönen Viertel mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés und dem riesigen Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Ich bin berufstätig, sportlich, gesellig und unkompliziert. Ich suche eine freundliche, ordentliche und verlässliche Mitbewohnerin. Ich teile gerne mit dir meine Gewürze etc...
