In unserer international ausgerichteten, super zentralen, dabei sehr ruhig gelegenen, unkomplizierten und voll ausgestatteten Vierer-WG wird zum Septermber wieder unser schönstes Zimmer frei!
Das Zimmer mit viel Tageslicht bietet dir außer dem eigenen Balkon auch noch eine eigene Kammer (eine Art "begehbarer Kleiderschrank"). Trotz der super Lage direkt an der Schönhauser Allee ist es in deinem möglicherweise künftigen Zimmer und in der WG durch die Ausrichtung "nach hinten raus" zum offen Hof unerwartet ruhig.
Das Zimmer wird ausschließlich an eine Einzelperson vermietet, nicht an Pärchen oder Freunde.Die Mindestmiedauer beträgt eigentlich sechs Monate.
Die WG liegt super verkehrsgünstig mitten im Prenzlauer Berg: es sind nur zwei Minuten zur S-Bahn, zur U-Bahn, zur Tram und zum Nachtbus. Selbstverständlich ist es möglich dich unter dieser Adresse in Berlin anzumelden.
Ein gutes W-Lan ist vorhanden und natürlich ebenso inbegriffen wie die Austattung der Küche und alle weiteren Kosten wie Energie und Rundfunkgebühr. Sogar Bettwäsche ist vorhanden, wenn du das wünschst.

In our internationally oriented, super central, yet very quiet, uncomplicated and fully equipped four-person shared apartment, the beautiful balcony room is free onwards from September ! Six month or maybe longer!
In addition to the nice balcony, it also has its own chamber and is really VERY central but still quite quiet and bright.
The room is rented exclusively to an individual, not to couples or friends.
The apartment is located in the middle of the trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg, super convenient: two minutes to the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram and bus. Of course it is possible to register at this address in Berlin.
A good W-Lan is available and of course included as well as the equipment of the kitchen and the compensation of the license fee. Also bed linen would be provided if needed.
Deine Mitbewohner*innen sind zwischen 21 und 24 Jahren und stets Leute die zumeist ein halbes Jahr oder länger in der WG wohnen. Fast immer sind sie neu in der Stadt um in Berlin zu studieren, ein Praktikum zu machen oder um hier zu arbeiten.
