wir vermieten ab sofort ein wirklich cooles Zimmer (knapp 20m²) mit gemütlichen Dachschrägen und 4 großen Fenstern. Da die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es hier oben hell und ruhig. Die Fenster gehen nach Westen, also ist es von mittags bis abends sonnig. Zur Wohnung führt ein Aufzug.
Direkt neben deinem Zimmer ist die Küche mit Einbauküche, riesigem amerikanischen Kühlschrank und allem, was das Leben einfacher macht (Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler,...) und gleich gegenüber ist das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist mit weißen Möbeln ausgestattet (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch). Auf Wunsch auch unmöbliert. In der Miete ist alles inklusive (Strom, Heizung, Internet).
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Senefelder Platz (50m bis zur U2, 1,5km bis zum Alexanderplatz, 300m bis zum Kollwitzplatz, 20m von Europas größten Biomarkt, 400m bis Lidl oder Rewe).

We have a really cosy room to let (20m²). As the flat is on top floor, it is bright, calm and sunny. Your room is fully furnitured (but in case you have your own furniture, I can remove them). Directly beside your room there is the kitchen and the bathroom with a tub. All equipment such as washing machine, a hugh fridge and freezer, mikrowave, dish wascher and so on is available.
The flat is in the fancy area Prenzlauer Berg (directly at Senefelder Platz, 50m to U2, 1,5km to Alexanderplatz, 300m to Kollwitzplatz, 20m to Europas biggest organic market, 400m to supermarket). The rent is 500€ per month (including heating, energy, and internet).
