Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vom 15.09.16 - 01.04.17 unter, da ich in ein Praktikum im Ausland mache :) Das Zimmer ist 22qm groß und voll möbliert. Die Küche ist natürlich auch voll ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine! Im Bad gibts eine Wanne und eine separate Dusche, es ist also alles hier um es sich gut gehen zu lassen!
The room is 22qm large and fully furnished, the kitchen is also fully equipped and we have a bathtube and a shower in the bathroom. Everything is here to feel comfortable :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Kopenhagenerstraße im wunderschönenen Prenzlauer Berg, die nächsten Stationen sind Schönhauser Allee (Ring/U2) oder Bornholmerstraße, beides ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.
Supermärkte (Aldi, Rewe) sind in der Nähe und es gibt unzählige, unglaublich gute Restaurants und Cafes im Kiez. Der Mauerpark ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt
Ich wohn mit meinem Freund (Florian) in unserer schönen Wohnung, du bekommst dann unser Schlafzimmer und er zieht ins Wohnzimmer ein. Flo arbeitet leider manchmal zu lange aber kocht dafür immer unglaublich gerne und auch unglaublich gut. Feiern geht er auch gerne, aber nicht unter der Woche.
Wichtig! Ein Zeck-Wg sollte es nicht werden
Da mein Zimmer möbliert ist möchte ich eine Kaution von 750€. Wenn dich meine Info anspricht und du findest, dass du gut hier reinpassen würdet dann meldet euch einfach, ich freu mich auf eine nette Nachricht von dir!
