The reason why I’m looking for a new place is because my flat-mate is leaving, and it gave me an opening to try something new.
I am not looking for a PART-AY roommate, yet I enjoy gatherings and love having an active social life. I will obviously clean and do my fair part of the house duties, and I expect the person to do the same. Also, I am very experienced in flat-sharing as I have been doing so for the past 8 years in different countries. I like hanging out in the house with my flat-mates and going out with them, but also enjoy the separate life that we also have.
My work keeps me very busy and I believe that home should be a safe-haven. So, it you’re looking for a party flat, this is not it. Of course, you can have friends over and guests though.
I have full contract of the flat, but I can give you the necessary contract to register in Berlin. I am looking for a long-term flat-mate.
Therefore: 6 months rent or more.
