Ich vermiete für sechs Monate mein großes Zimmer und suche ich für diesen Zeitraum eine/n verantwortungsbewusste/n Untermieter/in. Die Gesamtgröße der Wohnung beträgt 78qm mit großem Bad (Badewanne und Tageslichtfenster) und großer Wohnküche. Außerdem ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet mit Elektroherd, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Wifi. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen sanierten Altbau direkt im Kollwitzkiez. Wir suchen jemanden zwischen 30 und 40, der (genauso wie wir) viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt und ebenfalls berufstätig ist.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 24qm groß und im klassischen Altbau-Stil mit hohen Decken, schönem Stuck, Holzdielenboden und voll möbliert. Die neu isolierten Fenster zeigen zur Süd-Ost-Seite, sodass man viel von der Morgensonne sieht - wenn sie denn scheint.

I´m subletting my room from November 01 until April 30 2019 (alternative move-in date is October 22nd). The apartment is about 78 sm with a big bathroom with a big window and bathtub and a spacious kitchen. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi of course.
We are looking for a clean and organized person (male or female, preferably between 30 and 40) who is also a working professional with a regular routine.
The room is about 24 sqm and in an classic old style with high ceilings, beautiful stucco and hardwood floor. The newly isolated windows point to the south-east side, so you get the morning sun - if it shines. The room is furnished with a 140cm bed (including blankets, pillows and sheets), a beside table, desk, 2 dressers, a cloth rail and various lamps.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Husemannstraße, zwischen Kollwitzstraße und Kulturbrauerei. Rund um den Kollwitzplatz befinden sich jede Menge Cafés, Restaurants und diverse Geschäfte zum einkaufen von Lebensmitteln (Edeka, REWE), man findet alles was man braucht. Zur Kulturbrauerei und szenigen Kastanienallee mit weiteren Cafés, Bars und Shops sind es nur wenige Gehminuten und auch der Mauerpark ist nur einen 15-minütigen Spaziergang (oder 3 Minuten mit der Tram) entfernt. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zu vielen Bars und Clubs ist die Straße nachts sehr ruhig und kaum befahren.
Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super, da die M10 fast direkt vor der Haustür fährt und einen in 15min. sowohl zum Nordbahnhof, Hauptbahnhof oder zur Warschauer Str. bringt. Auch die U2 ist nur einen 7-minütigen Fußweg entfernt und bringt einen schnell an wichtige Knotenpunkte der Stadt (5 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz, 25 Minuten zum Potsdamer Platz).

The apartment is located in a nice, old building in the heart of the beautiful Kollwitzkiez in Prenzlauer Berg. Around the Kollwitzplatz are a lot of cafes, restaurants and various shops for food shopping (Edeka, REWE). The Kulturbrauerei and the trendy Kastanienallee with more cafés and bars are just a few minutes away, so is the Mauerpark with its weekly famous flea market. Despite the immediate proximity to many bars and restaurants, the street is quiet and hardly busy at night. There is a great connection to the public transport with the M10 directly in front of the door and the U2 just a 7-Minute walk away.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Isabel (34) teilen. Sie promoviert gerade im Bereich Politik. Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander. Obwohl wir Parties selbst sehr mögen schmeißen wir selbst keine, haben aber natürlich nichts gegen einen gemeinsamen Wein am Abend. Unter der Woche halten wir es jedoch meist sehr ruhig. Ansonsten führen wir ein sehr entspanntes WG-Leben, wo jeder die Privatssphäre bekommt, die er möchte. Wenn du um die 30 und möglichst berufstätig bist, dann schreib uns. Da es eine 2-er WG ist, bitte keine Pärchen.

You would be sharing the apartment with Isabel, a 34 years old female who is currently doing her PhD in politics. Cleanliness, tidiness and mutual consideration is very important to us. The WG-life is usually very chilled and quiet, with no parties at home. However, visits and friends are fine, of course.
