--- Important: Please tell me something about you !! Let me know if you can come and have a look on Thursday 4 October --- no smokers, no pets —-
The room itself is
- rather small (11-12 square metres)
- "long" (typical Berlin old building...)
+ with high ceilings and a beautiful wooden floor
+ very quiet (directed towards the courtyard), calm neighbours
+ sunny in the mornings and during the day
+ furnished with thick and long curtains, a very practical white PAX wardrobe that fits perfectly and (optionally) a white IKEA bed + 1,40 matress that you may use + other furniture if needed
We would share
+ the beautiful stucco living room with luxurious dining table and piano
+ the wonderful balcony surounded by big trees and overlooking the lively yet romantic Kollwitzstraße with its cafés, boutiques and little shops
+ the very well equippeped high modern kitchen (dishwasher, modern induction cooker) including a true espresso machine (hmmmm...) and a table to sit and have breaktfast in the morning sun :)
+ the spacious and modern bathroom with two sinks (!!!), a very comfy bathtub, a modern washing mashine and a very practicle tumble dryer
+ hopefully some good time :)
The location is simply wonderful close 2 mins from popular Kollwitzplatz and Kulturbrauerei. One of the most famous Berlin cafés and a top bakery with the best Croissants on the opposite side of the street, lovely shops and restaurants everywhere, still very quiet neighbourhood, beautiful houses, a wonderful market every Saturday... in short: you wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!
Also it is central and well connected with 3 Tram stations in 5 min. walking distance; tube stations are Eberswalder Straße and Senefelderplatz (10 mins). Direct journey to main station and Alexanderplatz.
About me: I am a 29 years old female young (?) professional from Berlin (yes, indeed!). Having lived in Paris, London and Brussels before I enjoy mingling with expats. I am not a cooking person and usually do not spend so much time at home, so don't expect our future WG life to be extremely social. On the other hand I like to have guests and I consider myself an open-minded person with a variety of interests, and I am in general always up for a chat. My interests include good food, amateur psychology & philosophy, politics, travelling, languages, arts and cultural life.
How about you?
PLEASE tell me
- who and how old you are
- what you do
- where you are from
- how your everyday life looks like (sleeping/working rythim, cooking habits etc.)
- if you smoke
- etc.
- and if/when you could come by on Thursday 4 October or Monday evening 9 October
- your phone number
