Ich vermiete nur nächte- oder wochenweise und ohne Anmeldung! Es hat keinen Sinn mich wegen etwas anderem anzuschreiben. Ich reserviere außerdem nur gegen nicht erstattungsfähige Anzahlung der ersten drei Nächte, da mich leider in der kurzen Zeit schon diverse Leute versetzt haben und ich dafür dann ja anderen absagen muss.

Ich habe übergangsweise ein gemütliches kleines Zimmer unterzuvermieten. Es gibt ein Einzelbett, eine Vitrine, einen Schreibtisch, Kommoden, das lässt sich aber bei Bedarf anpassen. Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt, es gibt Mikrowelle, Badewanne und Balkon sowie hinter dem Haus einen Garten. Das Haus ist von 2000 und hat eine sehr ungewöhnliche Architektur, z.B. gibt es einen Wintergarten, den ich als Gewächshaus nutze.

I also make a reservation only after a non-refundable down-payment for the first three nights as I already had a few no-shows and I have to decline other people to reserve the room.

I have a small, cosy room to rent, for now that's. There's currently a single bed, a bookshelf, some dressers and a desk, but all of that can be adjusted as needed. We would be sharing the living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and there are a microwave, a bath tub and a balcony as well as a green backyard. The house was built in 2000 and has a very unusual architecture, eg. there is a solarium that I'm using as a greenhouse.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer halbwegs ruhigen Seitenstraße mitten zwischen zwei Parks und einem grünen Hinterhof. Die Straßenbahn M5/M6 ist gleich vorn an der Straße und die Ringbahn, mit der man überall hin kommt, auch zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Alex sind es 20 Minuten, nach Friedrichshain auch.
The apartment is situated in a fairly calm street in between two parks and a green backyard. The tram line M5/M6 stop is right at the corner and the Ringbahn/circle like is only a ten minutes' walk away and will get you everywhere. Alexanderplatz and Friedrichshain are both about 20 minutes from here.
Ich bin aktuell die meiste Zeit zuhause und würde mich über gelegentliche Gesellschaft freuen, zum Beispiel zum Abendessen. Ich brauche aber auch viel Zeit für mich allein. Manchmal kommen Freunde zu Besuch, aber Parties gibt es selten. Von den Nachbarn merkt man wenig. Ich spiele oft und gut Gitarre, ansonsten bin ich ziemlich leise. Ich kenne mich ganz gut mit deutscher Bürokratie aus, falls du also z.B. als Student aus dem Ausland da bist, kann ich gerne mit dem Papierkram helfen. Falls du nur zu Besuch in Berlin bist, geb ich dir gerne Tipps oder zeige dir ein paar nette Plätze.
I'm currently home most of the time and would enjoy some company occasionally, maybe have dinner together or the like. I also need a lot of time to myself though. I sometimes have friends over but parties are rare. The neighbors are barely noticable. I play the guitar a lot and pretty well, other than than I'm a fairly quiet person. I know my way around in German bureaucracy so if you're studying abroad I'll be happy to help with the paperwork. If you're only visiting, I'll be happy to give you tips or show you around some.

Die angegebene Miete ist pro Nacht. Fall wir uns auf mehr als ein paar Nächte einigen, möchte ich dich vorher kennenlernen. In diesem Fall können wir uns eventuell auch auf einen niedrigeren Preis einigen.
Ich weiß nicht, wie lange ich diese Wohnung noch haben werde, daher kann ich aktuell keine langfristigen Verpflichtungen eingehen und auch keine Meldeadresse anbieten. Das kann sich aber in nächster Zeit ändern.

The rent is per night. If we agree on more than a few nights, we can possibly negotiate a lower number. In that case, I would like to get to know you before you move in.
I do not know how long I will have this apartment so I cannot make any long-term commitments or offer registration/Anmeldung at this point. That might change though in the next time.
