Eine tolle Altbau- Wohnung im schönen Prenzlauerberg, wartet auf euch 😊
Sie ist so toll und viel zu schade als dass sie ständig leer steht... Da ich kaum anwesend bin suche ich eine/n Mitbewohner/in. Du hättest quasi die ganze Wohnung die meiste Zeit für dich alleine. Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert - das zu vermietende Zimmer hat ca. 25qm und ist unmöbliert es kann von dir gestaltet werden wie du es möchtest. Es handelt sich um einen Untermietvertrag mit Beginn ab sofort befristet bis 01.07.2024. Kaution beträgt 3 Monate Kaltmieten (1.500). Mindest Mietdauer 12 Monate . Es handelt sich demnach um keine gesellige WG - ihr habt die meiste Zeit sturmfrei 😉 wenn ich mal da bin würde ich mich aber sehr über nette Gespräche und gemeinsame Abende am Küchentisch freuen und stehe mit Rat und tat zur Verfügung.
Falls ihr also auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung seit und eigentlich gerne alleine Wohnung möchtet meldet euch gerne auf meine Anzeige !
