Hello everyone :)
I am leaving my beautiful room located in a wonderful WG in Prenzlauer Berg.
The flat has high ceilings and a plank floor. It is in an old renovated building, and all the furniture is new!
The room is around 17 square meters, and there is also a mezzanine inside which enables to have more space :) On the pictures, you can see how the room used to be with the bed on the mezzanine. 500€ would be asked for the mezzanine itself. The room also has big windows, it is warm in winter but cool enough in summer... A perfect balance!
It is fully furnished, with of course a bed, a wardrobe, a desk... And there are a washing machine and a dish washer in the flat.
There are also two bathrooms in the flat, wih a shower each.
Everything is included on the rent, and Anmeldung is possible.

Ich verlasse mein wunderschönes Zimmer in einer wunderschönen WG in Prenzlauer Berg.
Die Wohnung hat hohe Decken und einen Dielenboden. Es ist in einem alten renovierten Gebäude, und alle Möbel sind neu!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 Quadratmeter groß, und es gibt auch ein Zwischengeschoss im Inneren, das mehr Platz bietet :) Auf den Bildern sieht man, wie das Zimmer mit dem Bett auf dem Zwischengeschoss war. 500€ würde für das Zwischengeschoss selbst verlangt werden. Das Zimmer hat auch große Fenster, es ist warm im Winter, aber kühl genug im Sommer. . . Eine perfekte Balance!
Es ist voll möbliert, mit natürlich einem Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch. . . Und es gibt eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine in der Wohnung.
Es gibt auch zwei Badezimmer in der Wohnung, mit jeweils einer Dusche.
Alles ist in der Miete inbegriffen, und Anmeldung ist möglich.
The flat is located in Prenzlauer Berg, just two minutes walk from the Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn and M2 stations. It is truly a great area, with many nice bars, restaurants and small shops. It is also really quiet, and one can easily find some nice places to have a nice walk outside or find a park to spend some relaxing time.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Prenzlauer Berg, nur zwei Gehminuten von den S-Bahn-Stationen Prenzlauer Allee und M2 entfernt. Es ist wirklich eine tolle Gegend, mit vielen schönen Bars, Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Es ist auch sehr ruhig, und man kann leicht einige schöne Plätze finden, um einen schönen Spaziergang draußen zu haben oder einen Park zu finden, um einige Zeit zu verbringen.
The flat is quite an international flat, with currently:
- Mark, coming from Egypt and working as a software engineer;
- Ari, coming from Norway and working in a customer service;
- Sergio, coming from Spain and working as a biologist;
- Augustin, coming from France and working as a mechanical engineer.
All are between 27 and 30, super friendly and easy to live with. The atmosphere in the flat is super nice, quite quiet but it is also easy to have fun with them. Everyone has nice interests, in music, sport... So it is easy to have nice discussions with one or the other!

Die Wohnung ist eine ziemlich internationale Wohnung, mit derzeit:
- Mark, der aus Ägypten kommt und als Software-Ingenieur arbeitet;
- Ari, kommt aus Norwegen und arbeitet im Kundendienst;
- Sergio, der aus Spanien kommt und als Biologe arbeitet;
- Augustin kommt aus Frankreich und arbeitet als Maschinenbauingenieur.
Alle sind zwischen 27 und 30, super freundlich und einfach zu leben. Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist super nett, ziemlich ruhig, aber es ist auch einfach, Spaß mit ihnen zu haben. Jeder hat schöne Interessen, Musik, Sport. . . So ist es einfach, nette Gespräche mit dem einen oder anderen zu führen!
As I was the only woman in the flat and as I am leaving now, we would like to find another woman in order to balance the genders a bit in the flat :)
We are looking for an open-minded person, easy to live with and friendly.
