Hello, I am going to rent my beautiful cosy room till the beginning of february and probably even longer (till the beginning of march or april :)) I will be traveling and working outside of Germany. My flatmate is a 32 year old lady from italy who´s an english teacher and much into the 80´s ;) So if you like 80´s music as well, this could be a plus for you, but of course it doesn´t have to be. Another point is that she really wants the apartment to be tidy and clean. So, this is important.
There´s a lot space in this room. You´ll have ….
-a 1,40x2,00m bed with a high quality orthopaedic mattress and blankets etc. (if needed)
-a table and a chair
-a sofa (récamiere)
-a wardrobe
-towels if needed
-bedlinen if needed
-a yoga / training mat and dumbbells (only if needed, otherwise you will have more space)
-space for books etc.
