Hi ihr Lieben,
das zu vermietende Zimmer ist super gemütlich und mit der Loggia in Richtung Süden ein absolutes Highlight.
Die direkte Nachbarschaft ist eher ruhig und super nett. Es gibt alles was das Herz begeht in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Straße ist natürlich recht viel befahren, aber dafür ist die Anbindung an die Öffis total unkompliziert.
Ich liebe Spielabende und Brunch genau wie Kino- und Theaterbesuche, Yoga und kleinere und größere Ausflüge. Insgesamt lasse ich es meistens eher gemütlich angehen und ich liebe es Zeit mit meinen FreundInnen und meiner Familie zu verbringen.
Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir wichtig!
